About
Hyperfocus exists to change how organisations work with neurodivergent employees, starting with the people who shape workplace culture; leaders and managers.

We’ve seen it too often. Neurodivergent staff told to mask, work harder, or “fit in” without the right support. Training aimed at “fixing” the individual instead of addressing the systems, processes, and entrenched biases that hold them back.
We do don't that here.

Our programs are built on lived experience, backed by more than a decade in senior government, corporate, and not-for-profit leadership roles. We’ve worked at the sharp end of high-pressure public portfolios, led cultural reform in frontline services, and advised executives through moments of crisis. That combination means our training is practical, relevant, and immediately actionable.

Hyperfocus offers workshops, consulting, and keynote speaking that are direct, evidence-based, and free from tokenism. We help managers, HR and D&I teams understand how neurodivergent brains work, recognise hidden (and not so hidden) barriers, and make changes that benefit everyone.

Our goal isn’t just awareness, it’s capability and empathy. We want leaders to walk away knowing exactly what to do differently tomorrow, and feeling confident enough to follow through.
